Rusty's Weigh Load Cell Oracle

WHAT IS IT?

            Rusty’s Weigh Load Cell Oracle was designed to give scale owners an ability to monitor the condition of their scale system, easily and accurately to avoid costly errors due to inaccurate weights.       

HOW DOES IT WORK?

            The Load Cell Oracle monitors standard problems associated to any load cell such as a high output, low output, shorted bridge of strain gauge, and load cells that have an erratic output. The scale weight instrument can be interfaced to the output side of the system to read an error status immediately upon detection and display the status to the weight instrument screen, see Tattle Tale feature.  

WILL THE ORACLE WORK ON ANY SCALE SYSTEM?

            Yes, any analog load cell scale with as few as a single load cell up to multiple load cells. Analog scales account for 90% of all scales located in the United States . By integrating a system to an analog scale system, the scale owners are not held hostage by a single source manufacturer or specific scale company.  

TATTLE TALE OPTION

            Interfacing the Load Cell Oracle to a GSE 60 Series weight controller, the scale display will prompt the operator upon receipt of an error in the load cells of the scale. The system will have a real time update to the scale controller display to alert the operator it is operable and it can be prompted to run a self diagnostic check at a simple key press from the controllers’ keyboard. Upon receipt of an error from the load cell to the Oracle, it will prompt the operator an error has occurred. The controller will store all errors and mark them with a time and date stamp and record it in the weight controllers’ database. This allows a scale owner the ability to determine the time which the scales performance was improper.
